8 hands represents our family. The Vision was/is to put our fate into our own (8) hands and start a family operated legacy brand that our kids could, if they chose to, take over.
The Carts
Abe Capanna's
Abe's is a retro neighborhood pizza joint celebrating and paying homage to the 70 year old tradition of Detroit style pizza. Homemade red sauce and dough with authentic blue steel pans at the heart of our offerings.
This cart is located at Crosscut Warming Hut in Bend's Old Mill District.
Gyro Power
Gyro Power is a tribute to Mediterranean-inspired street food. A local favorite foodie destination and great spot to come and enjoy beers paired at the taphouse right next door. Our backbone is our house made authentic falafel, hummus and tzatziki.
This cart is located at Crosscut Warming Hut in Bend's Old Mill District.
Bluma's Chicken & Waffles
Bluma's is a farmhouse-inspired grandma's cooking food truck concept. Southern-style cuisine featuring dishes like Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp & Grits, the RP Farm Burger, and much more! Located at the Crosscut Warming Hut.
Gyro Power Prineville
Gyro Power is a tribute to Mediterranean-inspired street food.
Built on the success of our first GP Cart in Bend, it's a great spot to come and enjoy beers paired at the taphouse on site. Our backbone is our house made; authentic falafel, hummus and tzatziki.
